Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons Mazola sunflower oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 colored bell peppers, sliced lengthwise
  • Mazola jalapeño mayonnaise
  • Tortilla bread

Chicken fajitas

Instructions:

Step 1: Cut the chicken into thin, lengthwise slices.
Step 2: Heat Mazola sunflower oil in a pan and sauté the chicken with the onions until softened.
Step 3: Add salt, black pepper, and the sliced bell peppers, stirring until the vegetables are cooked.
Step 4: Spread Mazola jalapeño mayonnaise on each tortilla bread.
Step 5: Add the chicken and bell pepper mixture onto the bread, roll it up tightly, and serve.
