Mushroom soup
Instructions:
Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of Mazola margarine in a pot over medium heat.
Step 2: Sauté the onion and garlic for 8-10 minutes, ensuring they soften without browning.
Step 3: Add the mushrooms and increase the heat. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender.
Step 4: Sprinkle the flour into the pot and stir until fully combined with the other ingredients.
Step 5: Pour in the chicken broth and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6: If desired, purée the soup using an electric blender or hand blender for a smoother texture.
Step 7: Reheat the soup and gradually add the milk while stirring continuously.
