Ingredients:
- 1 small onion, sliced lengthwise
- Minced garlic cloves
- Sliced colored bell peppers
- Minced white cabbage
- 1 carrot, sliced lengthwise
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Ready-made spring roll dough sheets
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 egg
- Mazola frying oil
Spring roll
Instructions:
Step 1: Heat Mazola frying oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Step 2: Add carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, ginger, white pepper, and soy sauce, stirring well until combined and cooked.
Step 3: Lay out the spring roll sheets. Place 1 tablespoon of filling near one corner of each sheet.
Step 4: Brush the rest of the sheet with a mixture of eggs and corn starch to seal. Fold in the edges and roll up the sheet
Step 5: Heat Mazola frying oil in the pan again, and fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
Step 6: Transfer the fried spring rolls to a serving plate.
